**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate **books of accounts** in Tally or ERP, including all day-to-day accounting entries.
- Manage and document **purchase invoices, sales records, expense vouchers**, and **journal entries**.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of **vendor bills, delivery challans, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), purchase orders**, and **payment records**.
- Prepare and file **GST returns**, **TDS returns**, and handle basic tax documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for **invoice clarification**, payment status, and reconciliations.
- Maintain physical and digital records for **audit purposes**, ensuring all statutory files are up to date.
- Reconcile **bank accounts, cash books**, and **vendor/customer ledgers** on a regular basis.
- Assist in preparing **monthly MIS reports** related to expenses, payables, receivables, and statutory dues.
- Support internal and external auditors with required documents and reports.
- Manage **inventory accounting**, record consumption entries, and assist with stock audits.
- Ensure **compliance with factory-related accounting norms**, such as documentation of fixed assets, capital purchases, and utility bills.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- 3-4 years of **core accounting and documentation experience**, preferably in a **manufacturing setup**.
- Proficiency in **Tally, MS Excel**, and experience with **ERP systems**.
- Working knowledge of **GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filing**.
- Strong skills in **invoice handling, purchase documentation**, and basic inventory accounting.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain **accurate records and organized filing systems**.
- Comfortable working in a **factory or office environment**, handling physical documentation and vendor coordination.
- ** Immediate joiners preferred.**
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with **E-invoicing, E-way bills**, and vendor registration formalities.
- Experience supporting **factory license renewals**, pollution control board fee documentation, or compliance filings (desirable).
- Exposure to **Zoho Books**, SAP, or similar ERP platforms is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Devanahalli/Ashok Nagar that may require shift working, occasional evening or weekend work.
- May require travel to other locations of the company.
