Responsibilities
- Develop and update training materials for air conditioner installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for HVAC technicians.
- Assess and evaluate the knowledge and skills of trainees through tests and practical evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in air conditioning technology and industry standards.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR department to schedule training sessions and maintain training records.
- Ensure that all training complies with safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Thorough understanding of air conditioning systems and industry standards.
- Certified HVAC Technician and/or Trainer certification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,674.34 per month
