Designation: Print Coordinator
- Experience: 1+ years
- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Coordinating with clients and internal teams to gather printing requirements and specifications
Preparing and sending print quotes to clients
Ensuring timely delivery of print materials to clients
Managing print production schedules and deadlines
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of print materials and supplies
Troubleshooting printing issues and coordinating with printers to resolve them
Conducting quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
Assisting in the development and implementation of print production processes and procedures
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in print technology
Providing support and guidance to junior print coordinators, if applicable
Collaborating with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective print solutions
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to print orders, invoices, and payments
Assisting in the development and implementation of print marketing campaigns, if required
Staying updated on print industry regulations and compliance standards
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any client issues or concerns related to print orders.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
