**Manual QA Tester**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Provide clear and concise test results and reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM Octane, JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Ready API, Postman.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Application Modernization projects.
- Basic understanding of automation and performance testing tools and frameworks.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a bonus.
