**QA Tester (Manual Testing)**

**Job Title: Contractual Software/QA Tester (Manual Testing)**

Contract Duration: 2 months (extendable up to 3 months based on project requirements)

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
- Identify, document, and track bugs using standard defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members
- Provide regular testing updates and reports
- Support regression and functional testing efforts during release cycles

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (not mandatory)

Engagement Type:
Contractual - initially for 2 months, with possible extension based on project needs.
