**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Location**: Noida, Sector 1

**️ Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility’s operations
- Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and IT assets (laptops, phones, etc.)
- Maintain asset allocation records and conduct periodic audits
- Manage Wi-Fi, electricity, and utility services to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff
- Maintain records of Attendance systems, ID cards, and access controls
- Support HR in onboarding processes and organizing team events
- Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, and guest arrangements
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and infrastructure standards
** Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in office administration or operations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Person with **high integrity and ethics**
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
