Please see below job responsibilities for Electrical Supervisor.
- Electrical Work Supervision:

- Supervise electrical installation laying and dressing of cables, ferruling, termination as per schedules.
- Ensure all documents are properly maintained and progress report is maintained correctly
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with owner engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist owner engineers in pre-commissioning / testing and resolve any cabling issue
- Manpower Management:

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to electrical technicians and workers.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.
- Monitor performance and productivity of manpower to meet project deadlines and targets.
- Resource Utilization:

- Optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of electrical supplies and materials.
- Implement cost-effective measures to control project expenses while maintaining quality standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and manpower allocation plans.
- Document electrical work activities, including installation procedures, test results, and quality inspections.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and achievements to project managers and stakeholders.
- Safety and Quality Assurance:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Address any safety or quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary
