**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Experience Required**: 3-5 years in industrial construction

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical systems in industrial construction projects.
- Ensure that electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage a team of electricians and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Review project plans and specifications to all work meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Valid electrical license or certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
