**Job description**

Responsibilities for Office Executive
- Actively organize management's scheduling needs between team and clients.
- Rearrange schedules to accommodate last-minute changes and emergency cancellations
- Arrange and facilitate meetings.
- Prepare documents for external or internal communications.
- Establish SOPs for client management.
- To help in costing of the furniture items( training will be provided).
- Handle client grievances and complaints well

Qualifications for Office Executive
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (preferred)/ Commerce.
- 2+ years’ experience in related field.
- Familiarity with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
- Experience with financial and customer service principles
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,630.95 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:
