Job Title: Associate Date: 1st Jan ‘19 Department: IFSO **Location**: Chennai Business Line / Function: HFS Reports to: (Direct) Assistant Manager Grade: (if applicable) (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: Directorship / Registration: **POSITION PURPOSE**: Independent delivery of the below activities accurately and in timely manner for Hedge funds administrator - PB Files Download- Static Data Setup- Trade-file upload- Data file feed availability for reconciliation**Responsibilities** **DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**: Perform the following Trade Operations activities: - Data Collections- Static Data Setup- Trade File upload- Performing ReconciliationEnsure all the assigned tasks are completed with quality and within timeline. Getting cross-trained in all the Trade Operations related task. To learn Recon / Trade Processing setups and support the team when required. **CONTRIBUTING RESPONSIBILITIES**: Ensure appropriate checks are followed as per documentation to ensure no internal quality or internal compliance and internal audit breach occurs. Compliance with all internal organizational and business policies **TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES**: Knowledge about Financial Instrument like Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options, Swaps, and ABS.
