**Position Purpose**

Independent delivery of the below activities accurately and in timely manner for Hedge funds administrator
- PB Files Download
- Static Data Setup
- Trade-file upload
- Data file feed availability for reconciliation

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Perform the following Trade Operations activities:

- Data Collections
- Static Data Setup
- Trade File upload
- Performing Reconciliation
- Ensure all the assigned tasks are completed with quality and within timeline.
- Getting cross-trained in all the Trade Operations related task.
- To learn Recon / Trade Processing setups and support the team when required.

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Ensure appropriate checks are followed as per documentation to ensure no internal quality or internal compliance and internal audit breach occurs.
- Compliance with all internal organizational and business policies

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**
- Knowledge about Financial Instrument like Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options, Swaps, and ABS.
- Should have decent knowledge about Excel
- Should have decent communication

UG / PGDBM/MBA equivalent.
