ASSOCIATE - HEDGE FUND SERVICES (JOB NUMBER: BNP023318) **Job Title**: Associate **Date**: 1st Jan ‘19 **Department**: IFSO **Location**: Chennai **Business Line / Function**: HFS **Reports to**: - (Direct)_ Assistant Manager **Grade**: (if applicable) - (Functional)_ **Number of Direct Reports**: 0 **Directorship / Registration**: **Position Purpose** Independent delivery of the below activities accurately and in timely manner for Hedge funds administrator - PB Files Download - Static Data Setup - Trade-file upload - Data file feed availability for reconciliation **Responsibilities** **Direct Responsibilities** - Perform the following Trade Operations activities: - Data Collections - Static Data Setup - Trade File upload - Performing Reconciliation - Ensure all the assigned tasks are completed with quality and within timeline. - Getting cross-trained in all the Trade Operations related task. - To learn Recon / Trade Processing setups and support the team when required. **Contributing Responsibilities** - Ensure appropriate checks are followed as per documentation to ensure no internal quality or internal compliance and internal audit breach occurs. - Compliance with all internal organizational and business policies **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** - Knowledge about Financial Instrument like Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options, Swaps, and ABS. - Should have decent knowledge about Excel - Should have decent communication **Specific Qualifications **(if required) UG / PGDBM/MBA equivalent. **Skills Referential** Behavioural Skills: (Please select up to 4 skills) Active listening Communication skills - oral & written Ability to collaborate / Teamwork Ability to deliver / Results driven Transversal Skills: (Please select up to 5 skills) Analytical Ability Ability to understand, explain and support change Ability to develop and adapt a process Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment Choose an item.
