- **Customer Support**: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the call.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Maintaining regular communication with customers and following up on previous calls or sales discussions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

**Skills**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
- **Listening Skills**: Attentiveness to customer concerns and needs.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive tone.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
