Job Title Telemarketing Executive Location Ranipur More Haridwar Employment Type Full-time About Mumtree Mumtree is a fast-growing brand creating innovative kids play and learning spaces - from climbing and play equipment for homes to PlayLabs and play arenas for schools Our mission is to bring joy creativity and safe active play into every child s daily life Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to connect with schools preschools and parents introduce them to Mumtree s play solutions and generate qualified leads You will be the first point of voice contact for many of our customers and play a key role in driving business growth Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to schools preschools and prospective parents to introduce Mumtree s products and services Explain offerings such as PlayLabs jungle gyms climbing equipment and custom play areas in a clear engaging manner Maintain and update the CRM with call details follow-ups and customer responses Schedule appointments for product demos or school visits for the sales team Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns social media and inquiries Achieve weekly monthly lead generation and conversion targets Collect feedback and insights from prospects to improve sales approach Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing telesales or customer service preferred freshers with strong communication skills may apply Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi additional regional languages a plus Confident polite and persuasive phone manner Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively Familiarity with basic MS Office Google Sheets Self-motivated with a results-driven approach What We Offer Fixed salary attractive incentives based on performance Training and product knowledge support Opportunity to grow with a young innovative brand Friendly and collaborative work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Experience Telemarketing 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Location Haridwar Uttarakhand Preferred Work Location In person
