Your role will involve coordination with clients, follow-ups to close deals, and maintaining an organized database of customers and leads. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and streamlining workflow processes to meet organizational requirements

- **Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in English.**:

- Answering phones and explaining the product and services
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Lead Generation

**Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from prospective Customer to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
- Share valuable insights with the management team to enhance the overall Customer experience.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with Customers in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on call performance, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum bachelor's diploma; Master's degree preferred.

**Experience**: Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the education sector.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Professional and courteous phone etiquette.

**Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to potential Customer. Ability to empathize with the needs and concerns of Customer
