
Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and maximize market share in the assigned region.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Act as the main point of contact for customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company's product range, market trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the benefits of our paper products to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- **Market Analysis**: Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and potential new products. Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports for management detailing sales performance and opportunities.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **Trade Shows and Events**: Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
