**Job Description - CSR Corporate Partnerships**
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates to co-design and implement CSR initiatives aligned with mutual goals.
- Identify potential CSR collaborators across sectors (health, education, environment, livelihoods) and craft tailored proposals.
- To develop new project proposal for corporate alignment work.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute CSR projects with measurable social and environmental impact.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs; ensure compliance with CSR regulations under the Companies Act.
- Prepare donor reports, case studies, and communication materials to showcase partnership outcomes.
- Maintain a database of CSR leads, partnership pipelines, and reporting dashboards using CRM and data tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, or donor engagement.
- Strong understanding of CSR regulations and ESG frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to synthesize technical information into compelling proposals and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience working with corporates, foundations, and NGOs.
- Exposure to multi-sectoral projects (e.g., health, energy, water, environment).
- Ability to travel and engage with field teams and partner sites.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
