We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Medical Administrator** to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and support departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate hospital operations, including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory guidelines, and accreditation standards.
- Monitor patient care services, ensuring high standards of safety and satisfaction.
- Manage administrative staff, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads for effective operations.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and budgets for management review.
- Oversee inventory, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital administration (multi-specialty preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
