**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Multipurpose Worker (MPW)** to support the smooth functioning of **Aapla Dawakhana clinics**. The MPW will assist doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff in day-to-day clinic operations, patient handling, health awareness, and administrative support. The role requires a proactive attitude, discipline, and willingness to handle multiple responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Assistance & Support**:
- Guide patients in registration, queue management, and basic inquiries.
- Assist doctors/nurses in patient handling and clinic flow management.
- Support in OPD arrangements, cleanliness, and basic infection control.
- **Health Services & Community Support**:
- Help in implementing health awareness programs, immunization drives, and health camps.
- Support distribution of medicines as instructed by medical staff.
- Maintain records of patient visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
- **Administrative & Clerical Duties**:
- Assist in maintaining registers, reports, and daily documentation.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other staff for smooth workflow.
- Ensure availability of consumables and supplies at the clinic.
- **Logistics & Facility Management**:
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, sanitation, and proper waste disposal.
- Assist in minor logistics tasks such as shifting files, reports, or materials.
- Support the team during medical emergencies or peak patient flow.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in healthcare, community health projects, or government programs preferred.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and patient support.
- Good communication skills in **Marathi and Hindi** (English is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and work in coordination with medical staff.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to clinic requirements.
**Work Nature**:
- **Full-time, clinic-based role.**:
- Direct coordination with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff.
- May involve field/community health activities when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
