Our Client has appointed us to identify and hire an **AI Prompter - Generative Video & Visual Content Specialist**

**Salary range**: up to 8 LPA

**Location**: Andheri East (Sakinaka), Mumbai (on-site)

**Working days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

**Meet Your Manager**: Your manager has been instrumental in shaping their vision of blending storytelling with technology. With a background in advertising and a passion for innovation, this individual has led the team in crafting immersive brand narratives using CGI, anamorphic visuals, and AI-driven solutions. Their leadership has positioned the agency as a pioneer in redefining brand communication in the digital age.

**You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:

- Generate AI videos tailored for **product and commercial storytelling**, ensuring visual consistency across characters, brand elements, and product features
- Implement **dynamic camera motion** and cinematic transitions to enhance engagement and narrative flow
- Build and maintain **efficient AI video generation pipelines** for faster turnaround and scalable production
- Use tools like **Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, DALL-E**, and other generative platforms to create video frames, scenes, and graphic elements
- Write clear, strategic, and efficient prompts to get the desired output quickly
- Maintain a library of reusable prompts, visual references, templates, and outputs
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, editors, and animators to understand cinematic and promotional goals
- Stay updated on the latest AI video tools and filmmaking innovations to improve workflows and output quality

**Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Prompt-to-Output Efficiency** - Average time or number of iterations required to generate usable, high-quality visuals based on creative briefs
- **Creative Output Quality** - Percentage of video edits or visuals approved by directors or used in final versions without significant revisions
- **Tool Adoption & Innovation Rate** - Frequency of incorporating new AI tools, cinematic styles, or visual techniques that improve workflow or story quality

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience with generative AI platforms for video and image creation
- Hands-on experience in **VFX, compositing, and motion design**, especially for **product videos or commercial promos**:

- Strong portfolio of work that showcases **brand and character consistency** in AI-generated videos
- Experience designing **AI video generation pipelines** for efficient and repeatable output
- Sharp visual and cinematic storytelling sense with the ability to craft dynamic shots and sequences
- Strong interest or background in filmmaking bonus if you’ve worked on independent or commercial films
- Ability to write effective prompts that blend creative direction with technical execution
- Familiarity with editing, animation, and blending traditional workflows with AI-generated content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative creative environment
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling video assets

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
