**Shifts**:

- Day Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

We’re currently expanding our in-house creative team and inviting passionate video editors to come on board.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit promotional, tutorial, and social media videos aligned with brand strategy

Add engaging **motion graphics**, text overlays, transitions, and effects
Handle **audio syncing**, background music, and voiceover enhancements
Format videos for different digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and design teams
Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and platform-specific content formats

**Required Tools & Software**:

- **Adobe Premiere Pro**:

- **After Effects**:

- **Final Cut Pro**:

- (Bonus: Adobe Audition, Canva, CapCut)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Film, Animation, Design, or related field
- Minimum **1 year of professional experience** in video editing
- Portfolio with diverse video content (Reels, promos, ads, etc.)
- Strong command of English and the ability to deliver on creative deadlines
- Final-year student or recent graduate from a media/design course
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools
- Must share at least 1-2 sample projects (academic or personal work accepted)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to live client-facing projects

**Salary & Stipend**:
**Full-Time**: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 gross per month _(based on experience and skill level)_
**Internship**: Performance-based stipend + Certificate + Full-time hiring opportunity
