MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE - 3 TO 4 YEARS

ELIGIBILITY - EXPERIENCE IN ANY MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

QUALIFICATION - BACHELOR DEGREE IN ENGINEERING, PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN IN ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES, KNOWLEDGE OF MACHINE PARTS AND REPAIRS, CLERICAL SKILLS.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purpose
- to plan, organize and control all the maintenance activities and sterilization process of the company.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- coordinates and supervises all the matters directly involves to repairing machines, Equipments and all other logistics facilities.
- monitors all activities related to employees health hazard and safety.
- assists in the technical evaluation of all offers from suppliers and selection of the suitable tools and equipments.
- assesses the materials required for each project and participates in the negotiation process with the suppliers.
- evaluates the performance of maintenance team and seeks improvement of their capabilities through upgrading their knowledge and performance.
- supervises sterilization process and makes sure of the highest standard of operation in conformity with the requirements.
- administers product label printing label printing and operation of the printing machine

Relationship
- Deputy Gen Manager, Production Superitendent, Dept Heads.

Key Performance Indicators
- low maintenance cost and less breakdown.
- sound technical know how on electro machines and plant facilities.
- effective supervisory skills and personnel management.
- strong leadership and be able to implement changes to improve productivity
- ability to work with different nationalities.

Competency
- able to know and familiarize the functions and operation of machines, equipments and facilities of plant.

Basic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Practical experience in Engineering Industries.
- Knowledge of machine parts and repairs.
- clerical skills

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
