JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project.

Competent in reading and understanding Specifications, drawings

Responsible for design of Temporary works for residential building construction.

Preferably, able to carry out design of temporary structures such as aluminium frames, temporary platforms, lifting frames, foundation design for supporting temporary structures

Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual.

Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.

Ensures that all work is in conformity to standards and specifications.

Takes reasonable care of one's own health and safety and that of others at the workplace.

**Key Skills**:
Civil industry background

Minimum experience of 2-3 years in residential building construction

Familiar with using computer software to carry out structural design.

Eager to learn and self-motivated

Independent, able to work with limited supervision
