Job Title*: Civil Supervisor

*Job Location*: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

*Qualification*: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

*Experience*: 2 to 5 years in site supervision or civil construction.

*Key Responsibilities*:
1. Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per plans and standards.

2. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth operations.

3. Monitor resource usage, including materials, equipment, and manpower.

4. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

5. Identify and resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks promptly.

6. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and materials used.

7. Communicate site updates and progress to the project manager.

*Skills*:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices.

*Preferred*: Experience in supervising small to medium-scale construction projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,733.36 per month
