We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the civil engineering field are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Ensure that the project is progressing according to the project plan and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure proper material handling and delivery.
- Report progress, issues, and concerns to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
- Maintain daily site logs, including labor, material, and equipment usage.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work and verifying that it meets design specifications.
- Assist in resolving on-site construction problems or issues.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
- Help in the implementation of construction methods, sequences, and schedules.
- Maintain effective communication between all teams on-site.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor and enforce quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficient in using MS Office and basic construction management software (or willingness to learn).

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and other construction-related software.
- Familiarity with site management and construction tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
