**Job Title**: Civil Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including civil construction operations, from the start of the project through completion.
- Ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues.
- Track and report daily progress, manpower usage, and any issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain strong communication with all team members, including contractors, clients, and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Civil Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
