**Roles and Responsibility**
- Purpose of the Job:
The development Operations team is responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and constantly improving the systems that keep the backend infrastructure run smoothly. The incumbent in this role will competently handle automation.
Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent Experience: 3-5 Years
Must-Have:
- Hands-on experience in containerization in ITIL Operational. Certified in ITIL (mandatory)
Strong Communication / Incident Management / IAM, UAR / Critical command management / Security Management / BCV / Assets Inventory Management / Data Governance / Chain Management / PATCH Management.
Working experience : Access management reviews across client environment spanning across functional process and tools/technologies
Skills Set required
- Possess specialization in preparing identity and access management framework, define logical access management policies and SOPs, conduct user access reviews (UAR)s, etc.
- Experience in user access management, access controls, access management life cycle.
- Experience in implementing identity and access management (IDAM) and active directory
- Incident management, request fulfilment, access management, event management, and problem management.
- The process owner's main responsibility is to make sure the process they own operates as intended.
