Skill set required:

- Possess specialization in preparing identity and access management framework, define logical access management policies and SOPs, conduct user access reviews (UAR)s, etc.
- Experience in user access management, access controls, access management life cycle.
- Experience in implementing identity and access management (IDAM) and active directory - Incident management, request fulfilment, access management, event management, and problem management.
- The process owner’s main responsibility is to make sure the process they own operates as intended.
