- Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting
- Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting and iventory maintainance.
- Creating users, groups, & Password Reset Block Changes in AD.- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments.
- Troubleshoot network, network device issues (Switch, Access Point), and wireless connectivity of end users.- Firewall Monitoring in a proper manner & maintain the logs.
- Good knowledge of Shared Storage & firewall if any changes are required as per the higher team.
- Security Patches Vulnerability-related experience & awareness are a must.
- Logs & Error Route Cause Identifications for All higher-level Asset with running involvement
- Server, Desktop, Laptop, and CCTV-related support with asset severity on the production side.
- Routine Software & Application Awareness and troubleshooting.
- VPN, RDP, Office 365 end users remote, onsite, or Technical assistant on-call Support.
- AD, DHCP, DNS, IP4, IMAP POP Knowledge is preferable.
- Should have LAN, WAN, VLAN, Router & Switches Management & working active, and passive network diagrams knowledge.
- AV, Backup Console & Ticketing Tool related experience & knowledge is required.
- Mac Machine, Printer, and scanner Support as well spares related awareness is required

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate

Forties Firewall, Aruba Access Point, and Cisco EDR system knowledge is advantageous.
