Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with 0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing to showcase their skills and grow within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve existing campaigns.
- Assist in managing the company's online presence, including website updates and content management.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,539.94 - ₹18,000.12 per month
