**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success.

- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

- Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are getting value from our services.
- Assist with renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service or customer success roles.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- **Attitude**: Proactive, empathetic, and customer-oriented with a focus on ensuring success.
