We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance team in managing daily operations using Tally and Zoho Books. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, payroll) using Tally & Zoho Books.
- Handle Income Tax TDS, GST filings, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Process vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Support cash flow management, audit coordination, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Finalization & Audit in Private Limited Company.
- Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, ledger maintenance, P&L generation, reconciliations, salary calculations, and tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax TDS, GST regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Office (Excel).
