**Customer Service Executive - French & German Language**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in French and German through various channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide accurate and appropriate solutions in French and German.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in French and German.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service in French and German.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers in French and German.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in French and German is mandatory, and proficiency in English is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French, German, and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,538.28 - ₹21,420.52 per month
