Position: Sales Advisor (US Voice Process)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (ONSITE)

**Salary**: INR up to 35k-45k plus incentives

Perks: Cab facility

Shift: US Shift/Night Shift

Working: 5 days (Saturday - Sunday off)

**Min 6 months experience in international sales executive in voice process (BPO Industry).**

Qualification: Graduates & under-graduates

Job Summary: A sales Executive is a member of the sales team who will contact clients, potential customers, or previous customers by telephone. Their aim will be to sell, or upsell, products and services.

Role & responsibilities:

- Creating contact lists with potential customers’ details listed.
- Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers.
- Using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads.
- Work towards sales targets.
- Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Requirement:

- Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Fluency with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working with a wider sales team is a plus.
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
