An experienced manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.

To be successful as a manager, you should be able to analyze data and statistics (review of hub performance) from the daily operations of the hubs and improve business and operational strategies from time to time. Ultimately, a key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

**Warehouse Manager Responsibilities**:

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
- communicating and collaborating with the daily operations of the hub to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, etc.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
- Act as a mentor and trainer to develop the team.
- integrate the hub team with the company's vision and goals.
- should maintain strong relationships with vendors, client teams, and warehouse teams.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust, as well as with the hub team.
- play an integral role between the client team and hub team that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Able to maintain a zero-variance inventory level in all key account hubs and monitor that all related documents and files are maintained as per the client process and policy.
- should monitor the delivery part, like IOD, POD delivery accuracy as per TAT, etc., and proactively intervene where ever a gap is highlighted to arrest the same with minimum turn-around time.
- A regular stock audit and process audit should be done in all hubs by visiting the hubs.
- A monthly review of hub performance will be submitted to the next level of management.

**Warehouse Manager Requirements**:

- Any bachelor's degree or master's degree
- The ability to build rapport with key clients
- the ability to handle multiple client accounts.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
