Job Title: Warehouse In charge & Castrol Lubricants Distributor Computer Operator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Castrol Company Software Operation**:

- Utilize Castrol Company software (TVD) Billing for effective management of:

- Customer relationship data
- Maintaining books of accounts
- Inventory management
- Stock inward and outward invoice management
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee the dispatching of goods and inward receipt of products
- Handle credit note and debit note processes
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- **Team Supervision**:

- Provide leadership and supervision to warehouse employees
- Ensure efficient and smooth workflow within the warehouse
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- **Distribution Partnership with Castrol Lubricants**:

- Manage computer operations related to the distribution partnership with Castrol Lubricants
- Coordinate with Castrol India Limited representatives for seamless communication and data exchange.
- Handle warranty claim inspection and processing in collaboration with Castrol Lubricants

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse management and operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
