**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and curate a network of influencers to promote the brand effectively.
- Develop influencer marketing plans, projections, and budget forecasts to align with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with influencers to schedule visits and manage ongoing communications for smooth collaboration.
- Plan and direct influencer content, including video shoots, using creative content strategies that reflect brand values.
- Oversee and manage influencer payments, contracts, and other financial details.
- Track influencer-led sales conversions and lead generation; create analytics reports for management and use insights to refine influencer selection.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in influencer or social media marketing.
- Strong network and connections with influencers across relevant platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
