As an Ecommerce Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support and optimize the company's online sales channels and drive revenue growth through effective management of ecommerce platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the online shopping experience for customers, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing strategies to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Platform Management:Manage and maintain the company's ecommerce platforms, such as the website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels across all platforms.
Monitor and resolve any technical issues or bugs related to the ecommerce platforms.

Online Merchandising:Plan and execute online product merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and increase sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotions.
Implement effective cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize average order value.

Customer Experience Enhancement:Continuously improve the online shopping experience by analyzing user behavior and implementing user-friendly interfaces and features.
Optimize website navigation, search functionality, and checkout process to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Sales and Performance Analysis:Analyze ecommerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark the company's online presence and identify areas for differentiation.

Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising.

Inventory and Order Management:Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
Oversee order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Implement inventory management techniques to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
- Proficient in using ecommerce software, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
