Key responsibilities of a multi-skill technician may include:

- **Preventative maintenance**:Regularly inspecting and servicing various systems like electrical panels, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment to identify potential problems before they occur.
- **Troubleshooting and repair**:Diagnosing faults and repairing issues with electrical wiring, motors, plumbing leaks, HVAC malfunctions, and other mechanical components.
- **Installation and replacement**:Installing new equipment or replacing faulty parts within various systems as needed.
- **Basic system understanding**:Having a foundational knowledge of different systems to identify when a specialized technician might be required for complex repairs.
- **Documentation and reporting**:Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- **Compliance with safety standards**:Adhering to safety protocols while working on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Essential skills for a multi-skill technician:

- **Technical knowledge**:Proficient understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including basic principles of operation.
- **Hand tools proficiency**:Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- **Problem-solving skills**:Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
- **Basic computer literacy**:Using computer systems to access maintenance manuals, log work orders, and generate reports
- **Communication skills**:Clearly explaining technical issues to non-technical staff and customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
