**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, peripherals, and workstations
- Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with central IT teams and escalate issues when necessary
- Visit internal/client locations for support and installations
- Support IT procurement, vendor coordination, and market research

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or field technician roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office & basic networking
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with helpdesk systems, Active Directory, or Office 365 preferred
