Job Description: The MEP Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings or infrastructure projects. They play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and efficiency of MEP systems to meet the operational needs and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, test, and commission mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on MEP systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in MEP systems, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to identify the root cause and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with other trades and technicians to ensure proper integration and functionality of MEP systems within the overall building infrastructure.
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately install and connect MEP systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or service requests, and address them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in MEP systems to enhance knowledge and skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
