**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- Ensuring full adherence to all safety protocols according to site and company standards.
- Material characterization by Mechanical (UTM, Impact tester etc.), Thermal (DSC, TGA),and Surface (BET surface area, Contact angle, surface tension etc.) techniques.
- Timely delivery of data and communicate to stakeholders with conclusion and recommendation
- Taking ownership of the instruments by keeping it in good health and routine maintenance
- Write technical report and presentation to the stakeholders

**You will bring**:

- Masters in Physical Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical engineering, Physics.
- Industrial experience in Polymers or Material science field is a plus
- Deep understanding of safe work environment protocols
- Hands on experience with instruments like UTM, Contact angle, surface tension, DSC, TGA,etc.
- Digital mindset to improve analytical efficiency
- Report writing and presentation
- Fluency in English for both written and verbal skill
