We seek a highly motivated Research Associate with experience in biobanking to join our dynamic research team. As a Research Associate, you will work closely with our senior researchers to manage and process human tissue samples, maintain accurate and organized laboratory records, and assist with laboratory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and experiments in accordance with established protocols.
- Design and implement experiments and protocols to evaluate the efficacy of research constructs and materials.
- Process and store human tissue samples in compliance with institutional guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and assist with laboratory management.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and external collaborators to provide high-quality human tissue samples for research purposes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

**Salary**: ₹130,200.79 - ₹400,000.00 per year
