**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree or Diploma in any Field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 month in sales and marketing roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and sales data.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
