**Job Title**: Patient Access Representative.

**Job Location**: Ahmedabad & Rajkot

**Job Summary**: The Patient Access Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the diagnostic imaging process. This critical role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centred care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patient(s) as they arrive at the Radiology Centre;
- Record and maintain accurate records of patient demographics, patient form, patient history, payment updation, other relevant information in the Software and as per NABH guidelines; report delivery to the patient physical (inclusive their films, report, CD, previous reports if any, payment receipt) as well as on WhatsApp;
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding procedures, preparation, and results, waiting time;
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner;
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book and provide necessary instructions;
- Answer phone calls in professional manner;
- Once or twice a week Briefing Video to all branch staff;
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to established policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures;
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available for use;
- Collaborate with other managers and departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations and effective communication;
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management and/or as and when required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Qualification: ANM or GNM Nursing
- Experience: 2 years
- Good in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
