**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory and Sales Support**:

- Assist in analyzing sales data, stock levels, and trends to support optimal inventory levels for store locations.
- Help develop sales forecasts and inventory plans based on company guidelines, upcoming events, and replenishment needs.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory for replenishment to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Support initiatives to improve inventory efficiency and contribute to sales growth.

**Merchandise and Allocation Assistance**:

- Support the planning team in creating allocation plans based on product demand, store performance, and seasonality.
- Assist in merchandise planning by tracking sales, forecasts, and inventory status through MIS analytics.
- Help maintain stock ageing standards and stock turns as per company policy.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Review sales reports to identify underperforming products or stores and suggest improvements under senior guidance.
- Collaborate with sales staff to address allocation-related queries and provide operational support.
- Generate basic MIS reports and analytics on sales performance and stock levels for review by the planning team.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Experience**: 2-3 years in retail planning, inventory management, or sales analysis, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of sales data analysis and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning.

**Knowledge**:Basic understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and demand forecasting.
