**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site training sessions at field locations and stores to educate staff on company policies, procedures, products, and services.
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to ensure staff understand and can effectively perform their job duties.
- Offer one-on-one coaching and support to individual staff members to address specific training needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional supervisors to identify training needs and develop tailored training plans for each location.
- Develop training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and job aids, to support training initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through observation, feedback, and evaluation, and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in training and development, incorporating new techniques and technologies into training programs as appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
