**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct IELTS Preparation Classes**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cover all sections of the IELTS exam, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- **Develop Curriculum and Materials**: Create and update teaching materials, practice tests, and study resources to align with the IELTS exam format and standards.
- **Assess Student Performance**: Regularly evaluate students’ progress through mock tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- **Provide Individualized Support**: Offer personalized coaching and support to students to help them achieve their desired IELTS scores.
- **Stay Updated with IELTS Changes**: Keep abreast of any updates or changes to the IELTS test format and ensure that teaching methods and materials reflect the latest standards.
- **Maintain Records**: Track student attendance, performance, and progress, and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
- **Motivate and Encourage Students**: Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to help students achieve their academic goals.
- **Participate in Professional Development**: Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest trends in language testing and education.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching IELTS or other English language proficiency tests. Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is a plus.
- **Certification**: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Proficient in using technology for teaching (e.g., online platforms, digital resources)
- **Attributes**:

- Patient and adaptable to different learning styles
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about education and helping students succeed
