Role Description: IT Trainer – Data Science, AI & ML

This is a
full-time, on-site position in Surat
for an IT Trainer specializing in
Data Science, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning
.

The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training sessions that align with current industry standards. The role includes conducting hands-on workshops, preparing practical projects, creating effective e-learning content, and ensuring learners gain strong conceptual and practical understanding of modern data technologies.

The trainer will also monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, mentor learners during projects, and contribute to the academy's mission of preparing job-ready tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on
  Data Science, Data Analysis, AI, ML, Python, SQL, Statistics, and related tools
  .
• Create and manage e-learning materials, assignments, industry projects, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on workshops using real-world datasets and tools.
• Guide students through project-building, interviews, and practical application of concepts.
• Continuously update course content to reflect evolving industry trends and technologies.
• Provide individualized mentorship, career guidance, and timely feedback to learners.
• Collaborate with the academic team to maintain training quality and placement readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in
  Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Python, SQL, Data Analytics, and related frameworks/tools
  .
• Prior experience in
  teaching, training, or mentoring
  students or professionals.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them clearly.
• Experience creating and managing
  e-learning content
  and hands-on practical labs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
• Relevant degree or certifications in
  Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields
  .

Compensation

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
  (based on experience and skill level)
