As a Bakery Commi, you will be an essential part of our bakery team, assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure the bakery operates smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality in all baked items.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Support the Head Chef and senior staff in managing bakery inventory, including receiving and storing ingredients.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Help with the decoration and finishing touches of baked goods, ensuring attractive presentation.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
- Assist in the packaging and storage of finished products to maintain freshness.
- Work as part of a team, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
- Assist with any other duties as required by the Head Chef.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a bakery or similar kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of bakery techniques and an understanding of ingredients used in baking.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in baked goods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- A passion for baking and a keen interest in developing culinary skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culinary training or certification in bakery or pastry arts (preferred but not required).
- Experience with different types of baking methods, such as bread-making, cake decorating, and pastry production.
