**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager** for a leading manufacturer of scaffolding and shuttering systems, with a strong foundation laid by our parent company, Shree Hari Construction. With over 35 years of expertise in RCC construction and fabrication, we design and manufacture a wide range of products including Cuplock Systems, MS Props, Shuttering Plates, H-Frames, Couplers, Jacks, and more.
To drive our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead our business development and brand positioning efforts.
**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across regions.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Build and manage a network of channel partners, contractors, and project companies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.
Conduct field visits, site meetings, and customer presentations as needed.
**Marketing & Branding**
Plan and execute branding strategies to enhance market visibility and positioning.
Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts including website, brochures, exhibitions, and social media.
Work with designers and vendors to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
Collaborate with leadership on product pricing, promotions, and launch strategies.
**Client Relationship & Communication**
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.
Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for service and delivery follow-ups.
Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
**Team Coordination**
Lead and mentor sales executives, tele-callers, or marketing support staff.
Assign targets, review performance, and guide the team for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
Strong knowledge of **industrial/B2B sales**, especially in construction, scaffolding, or fabrication-related products.
Hands-on experience in **brand development, campaign planning, and execution**.
Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
Proficient in **MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics**.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
MBA in Maketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum **10 years of experience** in sales and marketing roles, preferably in relevant industries.
Pay: From ₹2,400,000.00 per year
